{"id":760,"date":"2010-08-19T19:43:31","date_gmt":"2010-08-20T00:43:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bikrocosm.com\/\/\/cognitions\/?p=760"},"modified":"2024-03-22T18:32:56","modified_gmt":"2024-03-22T18:32:56","slug":"busy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bikrocosm.com\/index.php\/2010\/08\/19\/busy\/","title":{"rendered":"Busy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So&#8230; it&#8217;s been almost a year since the last post.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been sort of busy&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>clinging to my current,\u00a0full-time job<\/li>\n<li>getting a second,\u00a0part-time job<\/li>\n<li>putting a house on the market<\/li>\n<li>packing and staging the house<\/li>\n<li>selling the house<\/li>\n<li>buying a house<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Busy\" href=\"https:\/\/bikrocosm.com\/\/\/busy\/#broken-leg\">breaking my leg<\/a> in 2 places<\/li>\n<li>surviving a merger<\/li>\n<li>moving<\/li>\n<li>working on the new house<\/li>\n<li>granting Michele the lifestyle she has become accustomed to<\/li>\n<li>granting <a href=\"https:\/\/bikrocosm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/baxter-leaves.jpg\">Baxter<\/a> a better lifestyle than Michele or I could <em>ever<\/em> become accustomed to<\/li>\n<li>doing 3 months worth of physical therapy<\/li>\n<li>attending night courses for a job-related certification<\/li>\n<li>passing the certification<\/li>\n<li>rescuing dumpster bikes<\/li>\n<li><em>investing<\/em> in a <a href=\"https:\/\/bikrocosm.com\/\/\/?attachment_id=1879\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">downhill bike<\/a><\/li>\n<li>healing<\/li>\n<li>napping<\/li>\n<li>riding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"broken-leg\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So&#8230; it&#8217;s been almost a year since the last post.
