Live with Regis and Kathy Lee – 1992
Reeg, if you’re reading this – thanks for the props from the Miss America Pageant. Call me sometime. Now that you’re retiring we’ll be able to hang out like 1992.

1992 Miss America Pageant
50 women in tights, 9 gymnasts, 2 inline skaters, 2 bikers, and a skateboarder.
Yeah; they went back to swimsuits after that.

Diablo 2011
I got a little bit of footage from our Diablo trip.
I didn’t get any video of the Hulavon 3 festival at the camp site, but their Facebook page should give you an idea of the scene there.
Unfortunately, Chad had a bad bail early in the day and smashed the back of his calf on a tree. Then he had another unfortunate dismount where he did a fireman’s-pole style slide down a tree. But the surly dude managed to hit some big drops that he hadn’t done on past trips.
Shawn was putting his new TR TwoFitty through its paces. He took advantage of the adjustable BB height, wheelbase and travel so it was all hooked up for downhillin’.

Exit
I can finally cross the Exit Drop off of my huckit list. It was exactly what I expected… nothing.
The 8′ tall ladder with about 10′ of gap has been bugging me (along with everyone I ride with) to do it since it was constructed months ago.
Just like everyone said: “It’s nothing”. The back-wheel landing was nice and cushy. I slightly cased the second time but not enough to get that near-death experience feeling.

PMBA Day
July 16th was PMBA day at Launch Bike Park. Lots of riders, lots of riding and lots of bruises as proof that of all the fun.
Launching BottleRocket
What better way to celebrate 4th of July weekend than to launch a bottle rocket.
Wiss
I joined my friends from NJ, Gerry and Susan, for a ride in Wissahickon Park in Philly. It’s always fun to just play on rocks and logs and goof around in the woods.
